Many people claim that the only one way to really learn something is to have a good tutor, teacher or expert teach you Perl.

Many experts can be hired to give a course. Some experts regulary give courses in a structured way. Some universities, colleges and institutes offer at least once a year a Perl course for beginners.

Prices vary from (nearly) free to a commercially priced conference and it's even possible to book a very expensive super-the-luxe cruise with an on-board conference. Quality varies too, as is the case with books. Price is not always directly proportional to quality or usefulness.

Perl Workshops offer high quality for a ridiculously low price in Belgium, The Netherlands, France and elsewhere.
